Savory Sausage and Cheddar Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles, arranging them on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press the dough to form a crust, ensuring the bottom is sealed and the edges are slightly raised.

Layer the cooked sausage evenly over the crust, then sprinkle with hash browns, followed by Cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the toppings on the crust, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.
