Ingredients

1 roasted red pepper (jarred or homemade)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp chili powder or cayenne (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp hot sauce (for extra heat)
For Garnish (Optional)
Diced jalapeños
Chopped cilantro
Extra smoked paprika
A drizzle of olive oil
To Serve With
Tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or warm pita
Instructions

Add cottage cheese, roasted red pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, olive oil, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.

Taste and adjust seasoning—add more chili or hot sauce if desired. Blend again until smooth and warm (about 1–2 minutes).

For a warm dip, pour into a saucepan and heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly (do not boil). Or microwave in 30-second intervals until warm.
