Scones Recipe||Tea-Lovers

1. 8 cups of plain/cake flour
2. 8 teaspoons of baking powder
3. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
4. 1 teaspoon of salt
5. 500 g cold Rama
6. 2 cups of Amasi
7. Few drops of vanilla essence
8. 2 eggs (beaten for egg wash)
9. 1 cup of sugar
Sift flour ,baking powder, baking soda and salt then add sugar and mix to combine.
Add cold margarine into the flour and rub in until flour resembles bread crumbs.
Make a well in the center add amasi, and few drops of vanilla essence then mix to form a dough.
Put dough on a lightly floured surface and pat down using hands or rolling pin then cut out scone.
Put scones on a greased or lined baking pan and brush with egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°c for 10-12 minutes.
