Magwinya recipe perfect for the weather

4 cups cake flour
2tsp instant yeast
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2½ cups luke warm water
Oil for deep frying
1. In a bowl sift in flour, add yeast, salt,sugar and whisk together until combined
2. Add water and mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula
3. Cover with a cling wrap and let it rest until it doubles in size. After that punch it down to remove air bubbles shape into nice balls and deep fry over medium- low heat
Note to shape nice balls hold the dough and force it through the thumb and index finger, pinching at the end to release into the hot oil.
