Grilled chicken salad with avocado🥑

A fresh plate of protein rich for a healthy and satisfying meal!
📝 Ingredients:
Grilled chicken breast , cutlet
Two cups of romaine lettuce or a problem vegetable
Half avocado, cut into cubes
Half cup of cherry tomatoes, chopped
Half cup of cucumber, slice
Half cup of roasted corn
A spoonful of the olive oil
Half teaspoon of black pepper.
Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
Half teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
To prepare avocado sauce:
Half an avocado seed
Quarter cup of Greek yogurt
A spoonful of lemon juice
Minced garlic claws
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
Half teaspoon of salt
Half teaspoon of black pepper.
🍽️ Step-by-step:
1️⃣ chicken grill:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Grill it for 6 – 5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Let it rest for a few minutes, then cut it.
2️⃣ Preparation of the sauce:
Mix avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
3️⃣ Bowl compilation:
Put romaine lettuce or chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, and grilled corn.
4️⃣ Cover it with chicken and sauce:
Sprinkle bbq chicken strips on it
Sprinkle it with avocado sauce, and sprinkle chilli flakes for more zing.
5️⃣ Pass it on and enjoy it:
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy them fresh!
