Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 chicken breasts 🍗

2 tbsp olive oil 🍈

1 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1 tsp paprika 🌶️

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

For the Pasta:

2 cups spiral-shaped pasta 🍝

Salt for boiling water 💧

For the Meat Sauce:

1 lb ground beef 🍖

1/2 onion, chopped 🧅

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes 🍅

1 tsp Italian seasoning 🍃

1/2 tsp salt 🧂

1/2 tsp black pepper 🌶️

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.

2. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the spiral pasta and cook according to the package instructions (typically 8-10 minutes).

Drain and set aside.

3. Make the Meat Sauce:

In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes to combine flavors.

4. Assemble the Dish:

Place the cooked pasta on a plate.

Top with the meat sauce and spread it evenly.

Add a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat sauce.

Place the sliced grilled chicken on the side or on top of the pasta.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
