Chicken Alfredo Boats – Creamy, Cheesy, Delicious Evening Snack

These Chicken Alfredo Boats are the ultimate comfort food—crispy bread stuffed with creamy Alfredo chicken, topped with gooey cheese, and baked to perfection! A fun twist on a classic favorite! 😍
Ingredients:
🥖 2 small baguettes (or large bread rolls)
🍗 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🥛 1 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter version)
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or parmesan)
🧂 ½ tsp salt & ½ tsp black pepper
🌿 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the tops off the baguettes and hollow them out to create “boats.”
3. In a pan, heat olive oil, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let simmer.
5. Mix in shredded chicken and half the cheese, stirring until melted.
6. Fill the bread boats with the Alfredo mixture, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
