Ingredients for the Sausage Salad:
-Shredded Lettuce
-Shredded Broccoli
-Green Apples (Julienne sliced)
-cucumber (Julienne sliced)
-Carrots (Julienne sliced)
-Avocado (Sliced or Cubed)
-Celery Sticks (Julienne sliced)
-Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
– Cheddar Cheese (Cubed)
-Boiled Eggs
– Fresh Wors (Partially Grilled)

Toss and blend the ingredients together to your desired consistency, then when you are done you can add your grilled wors. Make sure your wors is not “dry” so you can enjoy the juice locked inside.

Salad Dressing (Creamy Garlic & Lemon Dressing)

5ml=1 teaspoon*
15ml=1 Tablespoon*

-2 Small gloves of garlic (finely grated/minced)
– 30 ml lemon juice
– 15 ml lemon zest
– 60 ml balsamic vinegar
– 45 ml extra virgin olive oil
– 5 ml fresh ground black pepper
– 5 ml Himalayan Pink Salt
– 1 Cup Of double cream greek yogurt
– Dried parsley

Combine the ingredients above in a bowl and slowly whisk the mixture to perfection. When you are done, empty your mouthwatering creamy dressing into a sealable container and refrigerate for 20 – 45 minutes.
