Have your snoek clean and spice it up lighly with the following :
•Coriander and cumin mix spice
Then stuff with the Following:
•Chillie sauce (Bushveld Sause) •Processed cheese
Apply virgin olive oil on your fish and the foil (for the fish not to stick on the foil) , some use butter. Wrap your snoek twice and heat. You can use an oven or braai stand.
Heat ur snoek until it is easy for the tail to break off.
Then upon serving have your Tabasco n lemon juice (or lemons) ready.
