You boil your mopani worms with plane water for like 5 mins and then discard the water into an empty bowl.

On the side make a mixture of crushed garlic, bacon strips, 1 diced potatoe, paprika, mixed herbs, origanum, onions, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms.

Blend them with avocado oil (garlic flavored) and stir fry to desired consistency (i.e. Golden Brown) . Then add tomatoes (or tomato paste) and allow to cook with a touch of lemon & herb marinate, sweet chilli sauce and worcester sauce for 5-7 minuets.

When your tomatoes are now cooked and blended well with your mixture, add your mopani worms and the water you boiled with initially. Allow to boil until your protein rich Mopani Worms suck in the soup.

Then serve with pap or dumbling
